To be eligible for a refund, please provide your order details and a description of the issue, along with photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

Products that have been opened or used
Items purchased during clearance or sale events
Return Shipping: If you are required to return a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide instructions on how to return the item at no additional cost to you. We may arrange for a return shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping expenses, depending on the circumstances.
